Well, actually I do have a 4 year old granddaughter. My point was that the idea was basic and fairly simple and a waste of time. But I will say she has better grammar and can spell better than you...LOL

Your posts are barely legible and completely juvenile most of the time.

I definitely don't want to get in the dimdle of what seems to be a fight, unfortunately, but I just want to say that so many people out there are inspired by other art and artists. It happens to anyone who puts their art out there in the public eye. Yes, it would be great for everyone to pay the artist, but we all can't buy a Rothko or a $350 print when all we want to do is have a similar idea. Yes, the quality may be better. I understand that, but to some people it's more about the memory or connection than quality. Ask any artist out there and it's a price you pay when people like your art many artists and blogs have written about similar issues this year. Every day there are Pottery Barn knockoffs, Pier 1 makes very good business off cheaper items that are similar to more expensive ones, and of course, bloggers everywhere do it every day. That's one of the big reasons blogs and pinterest are so popular they get images and ideas out to the masses. I'm not taking sides on this, I see the benefit of both. I am artist, I have friends who are artists, but I also like to save money and create my own items off of ideas I like. It may look like something many people have done. Ideas are hard to be original. I have done almost identical projects as what is out there but I didn't know about it until I started blogging and looking around. That's the case for many people. Take the Stay Calm posters look at the variations on those, same with the photos that spell out people's names, monograms, canvas paintings with kids' names, the list goes on and on. Anyway, I hope both parties of this situation can find a spot where they are both happy. It doesn't seem that it'll be that way, but I see that you took down the post (although the link still puts it on blogs, the actual page is gone). Situations like this make me want almost want to stop blogging and sharing projects and pictures of my house, but I won't, and I hope others won't either. Good luck.
