Wish people still dressed in their finery while in public. I guess people don't do it so much now because they're rebelling against the status quo, and want to be an individual (to stand out), and there's nothing wrong with that, but we didn't used to wear suits and hats and dresses in public because we were brainwashed; we did it for each other. A well-dressed public feels more civilized.

I was about to say something similar to this.

It's really upsetting that it's "ok" for people to dress like idiots in public these days.
