If there is no god, then can there be "good" and "evil"? Atheism is scary to me, because nothing really restrains you then. Every country has their "good" values and those differ wildly. Who is to say what is right? The law? It's man -made. The feeling inside you? Do you think cannibal tribes were evil? That they didn't listen to their hearts while eating others'? Or does might make it right? Personally, I don't believe in any one religion. I just want to believe that there is God, because I want to believe that there is such thing as right and wrong. The problem is that God's right isn't necessarily same as our "right". Just look at newborn kids with horrible diseases. I don't see there any good. Only thing left for me after I have lost hope both for laws/morals of different countries and religions is nature. Darwin was right. And I want to believe in god. Bad thing about nature is that it's cruel for the weak. And in this case, those punks were weak. I don't like that people are treated like they are, but I don't like that people are born with crippling diseases either and still it happens. Nature sure is cruel.
