You do know it's the result of Photoshop's liquify filter, right? Obviously it was used to slim down the model.

I've seen a similar picture and there was a huge coin.
But here... I look at the items and I don't have a feeling eveything is real. I have a feeling they are made of polymer clay. I don't know how one can make tiny jars but look at the handles of the cooking pot... If it's so, the coin is there for you to compare the sizes.
