unless i missed something here, you've taken a headset with mic, lost the mic function, lost the ability to plug into devices from a distance, and married yourself to one certain MP3 player.
not saying that's wrong, especially if money is tight, but i prefer a stereo bluetooth unit with a 1/8" jack. that covers all bases and scenerios.
it's a plug on the headset, not a jack. but yea, if you happen to have a MF 1/8" cable extension, then you've restored the speaker part of the functionality.
