looks fantastic if you have wealth to do the building. i wonder what kinds of regulations and restrictions apply to owning a barge? and what is the insurance situation like?

And don't forget slip fees, Waste [crap] removal, Ship to shore power. It's a barge not a boat so if they want to move it they'll need to hire a tug boat.
