As someone who interviews 100's of people a year for employment, the answer to your question is "no" I would not and I do not hire them. By defacing their bodies, they are destined to work in tattoo shops, circus sideshows, or dark warehouses.

Agreed. These freaks are literally nowhere to be seen in the professional world, and I don't see too much in the form of a future for them. And by professional I mean a broad spectrum including Fortune 500's to even f***ing McDonalds.
