but brudduh, it's the internet. when you post something in the internet, you are well aware that people can save it down and use it anyway they like. you should thank Izi for even choosing your photo.

Copyright rules also apply to photos on the Internet. Theoretically, Little Shao can drag izi to court over this issue. But what photo was it?

He would thank Izi if Izi hadn't removed the watermark, gave a link back and or credit.
Since this is Little Shao's first comment I'm guessing he googled his pic and this Izismile url also came up. That is how hw found this site with his picture. I've had stuff taken before and nine times out of ten you can email the admin and they will take it down. Too much ad money to make daily to want to hassle over one picture.

#67 Little Shao is upset because the watermark has been clipped off so that he won't get credit for the picture. It is good form to give credit or link back to where the picture came from. Anything else can be construed as theft.
