I think it's a hyperbole of what ones would consider "atheistic behaviour". Imo, it's not religious propaganda, but a denunciation of religious prejudice. It's someones idea of the radical beliefs that religious people might have.

Now where is your mathematical formula for evolution? There is none because it is a mere second-order theory. i.e. Evolution is a philosophical belief, not a science. All science uses mathematical formulas. Evolution does not.
