In a restaurant you are served at your table by a waiter, you remain sitted all the meal long and pay at the end. in a fastfood, you take your food at the cashier on a mealtray, pay before eating and get rid of your trashes yourself at the end of the meal. Only a fucktard like you or Ronald McDonal may call fast-foods "restaurants".

1 calorie is really small amount of energy. the amounts are marked usually as kilocalories (thousand calories). bread is like 320 000 calories 100g. that means they have sold there a really few burgers.

That was the one in Chandler AZ. I ate there. It was tasty. French Fry bar with unlimited fries cooked in lard. Milkshakes made with buttermilk and 30% milkfat. Best meal EVER!
