it's not a shed- it's an efficiency. as for the price- it's in london, one of the most expensive cities in the world, in one of the priciest neighborhoods in london, in a free market society. mystery solved?

You also buy the ground it's build on. Best place for an exclusive redevelopment (how about Luxusapparments?). I really don't think it's that expensive.
