Quite a few of these aren't construction fails. Like #3, unless I'm wrong, it looks like someone hung an old sink on their balcony.
#13, someone needed soil in their yard but couldn't get the truck back there, it gets dumped in the alley and they bring it back using a wheel barrow. Not a fail.
#23 some drunk or fat person broke a toilet.
#42 a storm took off an awning or billboard. How are these "construction" fails?

i have a suspicion that the pics have to be from slavic countries :)
