The hardest thing about sushi is getting the right ingredients (raw fish has to have been kept right) and making the rice...it's not just rice.

If you can get the rice right.. then rolling is the lease of your problems... a bamboo mat and suran wrap works just fine..

Yeah, and even if you do get everything right i still can't understand why on earth people do like these. I have tried many time in many places but i can't say these taste very good in the end.
