i can tell you know shit about martial art...that sissy flip flap is actually a good self defense(some kung fu moves i think..not sure)...martial art is not about fancy figures just like you can see in the movies.it's about efficiency.

Steven Seagal is an over hyped narcissist... and Aikido is only used by kids who have hippy parents that want them to learn how to defend themselves "non violently"... it's mostly fluff.... if it wasnt.. then there would be more real martial art athletes using it in the UFC....

I like how they are play fighting. if they would actually fight then they run the risk of fat boy Seagal getting hurt and then he couldn't do his reality show.. poor baby. damn he has really gotten chubby.. and don't get me wrong i am a fan of his movies, until the last few where he turned fat and tried to be hip to current culture LOL. oh well, there is always jackie chan "THE REAL" action star.
