Mark Strong definitely doesnt deserve to be on the list. He has a good number of recognizable roles and has spent a decent amount of screen time on many proper movies.

yea, a lot of these guys have consistently had pretty major roles. bob gunton, JT walsh, david morse, gary cole, fred ward...
these guys may not be outright stars, but they're not strictly character actors, either.
