Apparently it was a really hot day and this young woman decided to put on her bikini and try and get a suntan, while at work! Too bad for her the UV rays cannot penetrate through the window glass. At least guys from the surrounding buildings were able to enjoy the show.

depending on the coating on the window some uv can be blocked but usually not all
