first of all the guy is an asshole for trying to drive away and running over his foot but i have had my foot run over by a car before and stopped on before and it didnt hurt at all..this fuckin piece of shit cop is trying to play it off like it hurt him so much to justify his excessive force. i fucking hate rich assholes but i hate cops waaaay more

if i push a police officer, that is assault. period. it doesnt have to hurt. and the ferrari guy is an absolute idiot. driving away while you're getting a ticket could get you arrested anyways.

Okay, i see a lot of you guys are quick to judge, without knowing the details. First of all, the car was parked in front of the hotel by the valet, so he is not parked in a "no parking zone", the police was in fault. Yes the driver could stop for a minute and explain this, but the police officer has already made up his mind about the ticket.
