Especially in the early seasons, when Red spent so much time talking about how he didn't hate killing people in the war, and how much he enjoys hunting.
I would love to see the original unrated Robocop returned to theaters the same weekend as the PG-13 remake. It's not even like the special effects are that bad. Yeah... some of the stop-motion bits look a little dated, but overall, it's not as bad as many, many movies that came out of the 80s.
Head to head, which movie would people rather see? After the way Total Recall went over, I don't think there'd even be a question. I think the answer is pretty obvious.
I'm going to watch the new one. Just because I loved the original so much, I have to. But I am very, very skeptical about it. They're gonna have to really blow me away. (Ideally not literally.)
