yet it's not like this is just a case of apple copying from others. the reality is that all these manufacturers shamelessly copy from each other, which is why all these modern products tend to look and operate the same. the real difference is, steve jobs has always had a huge mouth. neither more nor less.
notwithstanding the fact that the interface and OS's for all these devices are indeed copied from the original apple OS. that later got copied by windows and the like. but the core ideas are apple ideas inspired by the ancient xerox star computer.

There are always people targeting the successful. The market has spoken at this point apple is the winner and the market is always right because it's people putting their money where their mouth is rather than just pontificating an opinion. I have never been an apple user...love my Windows Phone with metro. Apple is quite a copy-cat itself, starting from mouse to icons. So, was the jury fool that they could not follow what we simpletons can and ruled against Sammy. NO. None of the features mentioned in this post are part of patent-infringements by Samsung. These are the major features which were stolen by Samsung (not crediting Apple) which are in the name of Apple (i did not say Apple invented) - Rubberband effect, Pinch to zoom and center, etc. Jury rulled against Apple's round cornered box design claim!

Well, Steve Jobs clearly saw that Samsung was all shit, took it, and made it work better and look better.
And the Android market is crap.
