Interesting that (mainly) the same food looks so much tackier when serverd in foil-covered single-use containers. It seems the adoptation of "real" plates - I guess high quality plastic would do as well - and cutlery would be the single most effective way of making a lot of the food depicted seem a lot more attractive.

In Canada I prefer to fly Porter Airlines instead of Air Canada. They serve Steamwhistle Beer instead of Molson Canadian. The food is much better too.
