#5 looks like Luke Skywalker after he was found on Hoth.

He was so sexy and good-looking. He is still a super actor, though.

At least he's upfront about it and not trying to hide it lik most of hollywood.

It takes about two weeks for most of the swelling and bruising to disappear after a face lift. Of course he is going to look a wreck soon after the surgery. I am not sure what Mr Rourke had done precisely, but from these photographs it looks as if it was rather extensive facial surgery. He may have been having badly done work in the past corrected, or like many men today, simply trying to look better. He certainly is not trying to hide the fact that he has cosmetic surgery. So why is everyone so down on him? By the way, only a "handful of fights" can disfigure a person. It is really sad that going back to boxing put him so far behind in his film career. Good actor.
