Some of these sound like satirical titles to most likely, satirical books. On the other hand, others seem to be books written by mellow minded people.

I have a book from the forties called "How To Build Your Own Home For Under $3,500" I used to use it for its lists when I first got started on estimates and so on.

Just as a side note... if any of you have ever wanted to learn to draw.. pick up "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards.... there is none better... I've used it as a text book for years... If you do all the exercises in the book you WILL learn to draw quite well.... promise.
