The causalities of the incident were three luxury cars, which had been parked in the lot at the time. One of these cars, an exclusive Jaguar XKR-S Coupe, had already been sold for $194 000 and was just awaiting paperwork to release it to the buyer. The owner of the dealership has filed a lawsuit against the builders who have caused him a considerable financial loss due to their negligence.
