It's bigger than that... When you cut out body language and voice intonation you are automatically down to 5% of what communication could be... This is bigger than just rude assholes who would rather text than fully engage in a conversation... and I dont see it slowing down.. we are use to it... just like we think that what we are really saying in these boxes is exactly how the other person will read it.... we are off by miles...
