I call bullshit on this one. Sure, the fries and patty may stay the same, but there is no freakin' way that the bun would stay that way. It would go moldy within two or three days.
the reason fast food doesn't go moldy like this was explain in great lenght but to summarize : bun don't go moldy because there is no mold spores in/on it in the first place without this it just dry out. pretty much the same with cooked meat just dry without bacteria or mold. and again same with fries.
She probably kept it in jar or something cause fungus or flies would ivade it quickly it it would lie in open space. Anyway, this is product to sell, if you are eating this you are doing good only to them not to you, just remember it.
