It's Ottavia, the Guinness World Record holding gluten-free pizza. It was created by Roman chefs, led by the Dr. Schar Group. Ottavia uses more than 90 tons of gluten-free flour and 48 hours of labour time, with the final product having a diameter of 40 m (131 ft).
