cat was trying for a sneak-in, not a breakout.

the news articles said they were trying to figure out which prisoner it belonged to. what i don't get is why they stopped the cat instead of letting it lead them to the culprit...

The cat was equipped with many tools, such as drills, small saws, a cellphone, a battery and earphones, all of which could be used to form an escape. The ownership of the cat is in question.
