This was actually a Jim Carrey's photoshoot with famous photographer George Lange for the cover of Esquire magazine. George Lange said "He [Jim Carrey] asked for some clothes pins - and for a moment (it was painful!) I took what I consider the most memorable shot of all - the cover shot with the clothes pins."
