Lipasam, a municipal street cleaning company in Seville, Spain, announced last month that they will cut salaries by 5% as well as increasing working hours for those employed as garbage workers. These employees have since gone on strike, which has resulted in 4500 tons of garbage accumulating on the streets of Seville as seen here.
