the black has no chance, not because the others would be more beautiful, but just because she is black, unlike France, for example, Israel does not particularly like the colors :D

black or white is not a problem to me, but picking #18 is just a I dont know a publicity stunt trying to say we are not racist, but picking a person in the middle area for looks is not fair for the 5 or 6 better looking people.
