Cat with a granade is rather poor :) These notes are old Polish "złoty" - in 1995 10.000 zloty become 1 new zloty (PLN). Anyway - old thousand is worth now 0.10PLN = 0.31 $ :)

They all look fairly healthy, so some of that money is going to feed them.
