Man, if it's not a fake, where did the cop saw the car's plates?

It look more like a cop's joke.

Probably fake, but best case scenario is a cop with a sense of humour. :)

but it's plausible. some townships are almost desperate for fine money in order to make ends meet. not a good place to look for cops with a sense of humor.

If it was a no parking zone prior to the snow then why not get a ticket. One more idea is maybe it is holding up the snow plows or snow clean up crews. Of course what do I know about snow, I live in a desert.

That was in Germany and the meter maids found that snow car so funny they wrote a fake ticket.
