#8 This statue is at the bottom of the hill where the Wallace Monument stands, and the people of Stirling hate it so much (because it looks like Mel Gibson rather than Wallace himself) that they have taken with defacing it. It really is awful, no artistic merit that could redeem it.

Just like how Gibson could never redeem himself, being the only person to ever say hateful things.
