You forgot how they all were snuck up on my a truck driving through the woods, a few hundred feet from them.

you also forgot how they went on supply runs and only took a coupla items at a time.

A torch would work as a suppressor (briefly) if you fill it with steel wool or metal scourers. The biggest problem is attaching it to the gun (especially an automatic).
