#13 training camp for AA artillery crews. Old cannons, can't get replacement barrels and probably shy on ammo thus using RPK to practice zeroing and shooting during exercises. Works fairly good, especially considering that AA does not require direct hits to the target. Looks like old 57mm soviet gun from here...
