The Germans destroyed it in 1914 and in 1940 ... what do you expect?

It looks pretty dilapidated for only being deserted for 22 years. Is it open to the public?

how gorgeous it must have been, the ceilings are beautiful but the floors and walls dont look safe... why does it look like it turned into a school, or dormitory, with many sinks and baths? do castles belong to the government or the familys that lived there? would they be up for sale?
