Until their feathers grow out. Then little Bobby or Suzy who begged their parents for it could give a rip about it and it ends up tossed outside to be eaten by something.

I've got 40 chickens.. Hate this practice and I HATE Easter time when people buy "peeps" and rabbits for their kids who most times show no interest in them after a very short time.

These baby birds are actually dyed while in the egg with hyrdrogen peroxide, ammonia or food colouring that is injected into the shell! Is this cruel or cool?
