It's so rude and annoying when you're out at a bar with friends and all they do is stare at a damn smartphone...
Put the fucking thing down and talk to you're friends rather than just sit there looking like an asshole.

When at the bar play the "basket" game. Put all the phones in the middle and each time someone picks up their phone before the bill is paid, they pay for a round of drinks. Pretty effective.
