I agree. Very poor judgement as to who they rented to. They only thing worse to rent to is blacks.

Hate to sound preachy but had they ran a background check on these folks this could have been avoided. Maybe called the previous landlord to see how they were for them. The screening company for landlords I recommend is RentPrep and they even make the phone calls to previous landlords
