That's in no way funny. I feel sorry for the guy. He's actually trying to get some work done and minding his own business when the other guy videotapes him and scares him. Who the hell does that.

once or twice is funny. more than that and it's obvious that the guy has some condition or problem and it's just unfunny abuse at that point.
