#12 sounds like nonsense. sugary foods produce glycemic spikes which tend to result in more active behavior, followed by glycemic crashes, which makes kids (and adults) more tired and craving more sugary food. these chronic cycles produce altered behavior (and health) on both ends. sugar might not be the cause of childrens high energy, but it will definitely mess with it, and mood.

#15 this is absolute nonsense, although i'm not sure if the USDA actually said that or not. monsanto apparently was behind funding for the big studies in the news last year. anyway, when in doubt, buy fruit / veggies with a rind or an outer layer that gets discarded. pesticides usually don't make it far past that layer.

#16 - nonsense. blood pressure is also a highly situational response to the events of one's life. if one's life is full of sustained stressful events, one will quite naturally average a higher BP. ........okay, i give up. guess it's just another list of fact and non-fact all mixed up. you got me, izi.

What a Shit Post!

Didn't know Izismile was a mouth for industrial & governmental lobbyists.

What's next? Pro-Obamacare infomercials? Fuck off with the 'Business Insider' Hacks and post funny stuff already.

Quoting the USDA and pro McDonalds in the same post. Holy Shit! Saying their food "will rot given the right conditions" is forgetting that a cinder block will burn "given the right conditions". Neither of which happen under regular conditions of a home.

Well, I never believed that sugar would make anyone hyper, based on empirical experience, every time I see ppl eating too much ice cream or much candy at all, they tend to get sloth.
Try drinking a glass of sugarcane juice, u will want to sleep.

"Fallacy's" ??? FFS I despair:(

a) incorrect use of apostrophe (use to show possession or omission of letters)
b) The plural of Fallacy is Fallacies.

Here endeth today's (see that apostrophe there? looks nice sitting there being all correctly used and shit) lesson :)

Oh yeah. Thinly veiled sponsored post fail (possibly)

agreed, sir... i think i speak for most of us here in that we're worried those girls may be wearing improper support. clearly in the name of science it is best that the bras be removed and the bosoms carefully measured in order to ascertain the correct sizing. although given the possibility of error, multiple examinations would seem to be called for, i think!

#5 As long as there is hair coloring they will never go extinct. Rarely are either true redheads or blonds, ask any GYN/OB doc.
#7 is partially true. Pseudomonas usually runs a green snot, bacterial infections are frequently yellow (9 out of 10 times), red sputum can mean blood in the lungs, frothy can mean Congestive Heart Failure or pulmonary edema, and so the colors do help indicate certain tests that can lead a healthcare worker to test for certain things.
#9 The HPV virus is contagious and easily spread, and spread almost entirely through intimacy and s*x.
#23 is 100% correct. It is through the food chain that AID/HIV started, specifically the brains of certain monkeys were a favored delicacy. In the human with a new host the virus then began to mutate ever so slowly. Personally, IMO, the way the government has so totally focused on finding a cure, I think they were using it in experiments that got out of control.

Goldfish actually have pretty good memories. They can remember things for months, not seconds like most people say.
