If a guy was about 18 when the Civil War ended and didn't marry until he was in his 80's and he married a very young girl, she could live until the 21st century...

but it wouldn't really make any sense to call her a civil war widow, would it? marrying an old veteran is not remotely the same as losing your spouse in a war IMO. but, meh..... what does it matter.
