After two minutes, I would've scratched off the whole card and put the stickers over the mines, then taken a picture and sent it with the caption: "Look! I won!" Then I'd go play classic minesweeper online.

if they could combine this with those lottery scratch cards...

there would still have to be chance involved and they couldn't make the prizes very big, but at least there would be some skill involved.
