If people find these pictures more interesting over that than the really cool shit of history they're depicting, then there's really no point in posting pictures at all.

#2 For the record: This picture is not from 1864 and it is not depicting the Auctions of Slaves. This photo is post circa 1933, during the depression outside a defunct shop in Savannah, GA. Note the concrete sidewalk over cobblestone? It's 60+ years after the sales of slavery. Another obvious giveaway in the timeline is the integrity of quality in the technical photography.
