It is bit old style. I have built my own house for about 0.7 mil $ and is much better looking and modern with all energy saving and insulation and stuff. Of course it is only 160 square meter and is in Denmark :)

for 29.5 million I'd expect there to be a stripper pole in the bedroom... and strippers... lots of strippers.
It recently sold for about $29.5 million.
