Cool...I wish my boss do the same.
When he see my 2% comission over the total sale of a good week, he put´s his damn poker face and clearly i can imagine what he´s thinking "how in the hell i can make to this bastard earn less money"so when i break my own sales record im laughting inside because he´s so mad for paying me hahaha.....the bad thing is...he menaced to took my salarie away and let me just comissions...Damn
