23 year old Harnaam Kaur started growing facial hair at the age of 11 due to a genetic disease called Stein-Liventalya syndrome (polycystic ovaries). She originally struggled to remove all the excess facial and body hair but has come to accept it and says she feels more feminine and sexier now.
then she decided to stop shaving her hair and converted to sikh to reinforce her decision. that religion apparently does not allow the cutting of body hair. now she's sharing her story in the hopes of helping victims of abuse and other women with the condition.
