Because of movies I can only think of gore horror stories that can happen in such otherwise nice place.

When you really want to 'rough it' and break away from everyday life and get back to the simpler things and nature, this would be ideal. It might take a little adjusting because living in the woods in a cabin like this would seem crude, but you'd get used to it...
