During the small breaks in primary school they put a song in the speakers with instructions to massage the areas around the eyes. First there is a soft voice explaining what you are supposed to do, later it comes a count 1, 2, 3, 4... 5, 6, 7, 8.

It's really nice and a good idea. Problem is the background music, really old communist style.
