Skydiver was in the wrong!!! The plane had authorisation to take-off(maybe landing?) he was in the correct place for the plane a 'runway!!' The dude in the parachute was in the wrong place at the wrong time!! A runway!! Try that at an international airport, the person would've been a 'bird strike!' dirol

John Frost was nearing the ground following his skydive when a light aircraft flown by an 87 year old Shannon Trembley crashed into him. The Cessna lost control and hit the grass runway of South Lakeland airport near Tampa whilst John was thrown through the air. Both the pilot and skydiver survived the impact.
